Calgary Lending is a free referral service for people in Calgary and nearby communities who need a loan or mortgage and don't want to call ten lenders to find the right one.

What happens when you send a request
- You tell us the basics. Loan type, a rough amount, and how to reach you. No SIN, no banking details, no credit check.
- We match you with one. We pass your request to one lender or licensed mortgage broker suited to that kind of loan, not to a list of companies that will all call you.
- They contact you directly. If you decide to apply, you deal with them from there, under their own licence, disclosures and privacy policy.
Who we are, and are not
We are not a bank, lender or mortgage brokerage. We don't approve loans, set rates, or handle money. The lenders and brokers we refer to are independent. We may receive a referral fee from them; you never pay us anything, and the fee does not change the rate or terms you are offered.
If what you describe sounds like it needs credit counselling rather than another loan, we will say so.
What we won't do
- Ask for your SIN, bank login, card numbers or ID on this site.
- Send your request to multiple lenders at once or sell it to a list.
- Charge you a fee. And no legitimate lender will ask for one up front before your loan is funded either.
- Promise approval. Nobody honest can.
- Publish reviews we didn't earn.
