What this site is

Calgary Lending is a free referral service for people in Calgary and area. We are not a lender, not a mortgage broker or brokerage, and not a credit counsellor, and we do not make credit decisions, quote rates, or arrange loans. We pass your request to one independent lender or licensed broker, who decides whether and on what terms to offer you credit.

No cost, no obligation

Using Calgary Lending costs you nothing and does not commit you to anything. Any loan agreement is between you and the lender. Read the lender's written cost-of-borrowing disclosure before you sign.

Referral fees

We may be paid a referral fee by the lender or broker we connect you with. It does not change the rate or fees you are offered.

Information on this site

Everything on this site, including our cost of borrowing guide, is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Rules and typical rates change. Confirm anything important with your lender, a licensed professional, or the relevant government source.

Contact and consent

We contact you only about your request and only with your consent (CASL). Reply STOP or email hello@calgarylending.com to stop. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
